We're Gemma and Stu, full-time van-lifers, dog parents, and wedding creatives with a bit of an obsession with the weird and wonderful. If our van can get there, we'll follow your love story wherever it takes us.
For the wild ones, the lovers, the adventurers.
At Wild Revival Photo & Film, we live for the weddings that don’t fit the mould — the ones drenched in colour, laughter, and a touch of chaos. If your idea of a perfect day involves confetti, loud music, and love that feels like electricity, you’re in the right place.
And trust us — Mair & Mark’s heavy metal wedding at Lyde Court had all that and more.
Picture this: blazing sunshine, Herefordshire hills, prosecco popping, and the calmest, coolest bride rocking a sequinned veil that shimmered like a disco ball.
Mair’s morning was full of laughter and good energy, surrounded by her crew of bridesmaids and bridesman. Over at groom prep, Mark and his mates leaned into relaxed summer vibes — white shirts, tan shorts, and laughter echoing through the old walls of Lyde Court.
Their outdoor ceremony overlooked the countryside, with friends and family buzzing with excitement. When Mair walked down the aisle, everything stopped — her vibrant spirit, her colourful look, her smile — she owned the moment.
The vows were heartfelt and funny, perfectly them. Then, sealed with a kiss, they danced back up the aisle to “Sons and Daughters” by The Decemberists, surrounded by cheers and pure happiness.
No one held back for the confetti — bold, bright, and everywhere. Then came our favourite part: the couple’s adventure ride on the Lyde Court golf buggy up to the fields.
Just the two of them, taking it all in, with that golden Herefordshire light wrapping around them. Those are the moments we live for — quiet, real, and full of love.
If the day was wild, the night was feral — in the best way. Their first dance started sweetly, until the best men unleashed bubble guns and chaos. From there, the music kicked in — hard rock and heavy metal pulsing through the barn — and everyone just let go.
Mosh pits, headbanging, laughter, and the kind of energy that leaves your cheeks aching from smiling.
It wasn’t a traditional wedding. It was a celebration of love, life, and being unapologetically you.
Exactly what Wild Revival is all about.
